Most of my time as a coach is spent One to One coaching with my Entrepreneur clients.
I find it very important that a trusting, confidential one to one partnership is formed early. This creates a safe space for my clients to be really open and honest with themselves. They are then quickly able to:
- Consider different perspectives
- Gain lasting clarity
- Obtain inner congruency & energy
- Set new personal goals
- create impactful and lasting behavioural change
- Obtain extraordinary results
The relationship starts out with a ‘Chemistry session’ where we check that we are compatible and how we will work together. This process is fundamental to the building of the partnership and forms the bedrock of our co-coaching relationship.
Co-coaching is the style of coaching that I adopt. This is important as the relationship is of equals working together to explore and solve. It is conducted without any teacher/pupil or telling aspects as often occurs with mentoring. I use my business and Entrepreneur experience to ask relevant questions for my clients to do their own solving with their own solutions.
